Milind is the Co-founder & CEO of DemandFarm. Having practiced and evolved the ‘Farming Engine’ principle for over a decade, he established DemandFarm in 2016 and is passionate about delivering the best B2B key account management solutions to serve the needs of sales leaders and key account managers. DemandFarm is where he continues to build software products and solutions to make account planning effective and effortless.
He has been a serial entrepreneur for over two decades. He co-founded DemandShore in 2004 which evolved as an omnichannel B2B performance marketing company with 700+ employees. DemandShore was acquired by New York-based Ziff Davis in 2018.
As COO at Martech Advisor, a digital media company, he had the privilege of working directly on hundreds of marketing/inside sales campaigns for 70+ customers. This provided him a deeper understanding of Sales and Marketing operations for IT services & product companies across geographies, verticals and service lines.
Milind was instrumental in developing & conceptualizing the idea behind LeadEnrich, a premiere Demand Generation company where he also served on the board. Prior to this, Milind also co-founded QEDbaton & built the process frameworks for their Delivery & Operations. He is also a Strategic Advisor to other upcoming SaaS companies.
Milind hails from Pune, India is an Electronics & Communication Engineer with an MBA in Marketing. He is also an avid sports fan, a long-distance runner, a voracious reader & above all a humanist.
